Terms and Conditions of Booking and Playing

By making a booking online, you and your party (if applicable), accept and agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out below:

• Each room has it's own age limit, so you should read the information on the homepage, however generally the minimum age is either 11/15 years old. Any person under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• It is the parent's/guardian's responsibility to ensure that children are not breaking any of the safety rules, our staff are always on hand to advise.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance of your booking, so that you can familiarise yourself and that staff can help you set up and start promptly. Late arrivals will not be given extra time.
• Health & safety instructions provided by the host must be adhered to at all times, please note that if the instructions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, not commence, or halt partway through, with no right of refund.
• In the case of missed bookings, late arrivals or participant age not conforming with the terms above, there will be no refund made.
• Any damage caused to in:THEORY Limited and/or equipment will be charged to the person(s) that caused the damage, or their guardian. Damages can be charged retrospectively to the person who made the group booking. By making the booking you agree to act as Guarantee of any damaged covered by members of your group in such a situation that the damages are incurred through acts of vandalism or in breach of the safety briefing.
• Sessions must always be paid in advance online.
• We reserve the right to refuse anyone under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
• We reserve the right to refuse any abusive, threatening or rude customers. Abusive, threatening or rude behaviour towards staff and other customers is not tolerated and will be reported to the police. We reserve the right to cancel the booking, not commence, or halt partway through, with no right of refund.
• Refunds will not be given to cancellations within 72 hours prior to the booking. We have a strict 72 hour re-booking or cancellation policy. Cancellations and refunds are subject to administration fees and payment gateway charges that are dependant on the bank charges and fees charged at the moment of booking.
• Strictly no photographs, media or puzzle structure is to be taken from the venue physically or digitally. All rights are reserved to the intellectual properties of the settings, the puzzles and the props. Any person recording, copying or photographing any such material from inside the venue without permission will be in breech of intellectual property, and will be asked to leave immediately.
